This virtual learning event will focus on how we can all make a difference and contribute to building better lives for everyone in Scotland.

About this event

Following a successful pilot event, we would like to increase the duration of this session from 90 minutes to 2 hours. The session will run from 13:00 to 15:00.

The pandemic has increased awareness of some of the impacts of having a low paid job or zero hours contract, financial insecurity, isolation, mental ill health and anxiety. These issues affect many of us in Scotland, some of us are more affected than others. What can we do to improve the conditions that we live, work, learn and age in? We all have a role to play.

The event has been developed by PHS Workforce Development and Learning and Improvement. The session will be facilitated by Diane Clayton and Moira Davies from Public Health Scotland.

Once you have booked the event please mark this time in your diary. You will receive an invitation and link to a Microsoft Teams meeting nearer the time of the event.
