The two-hour workshop will take participants on a journey of self-discovery through Transactional Analysis Drivers to explore individual working styles and motivators. This session will review how these shape personal interactions and communication with others, team working, style of management and how best to organise work and time accordingly.

- Learn how to identify their strengths and challenges while reducing stressors and potential conflicts in the workplace.
