Who are the speakers?
With over 15 years management experience, Dan specialises in human strengths, to enable individuals and organisations thrive and reach their full potential.
His positive psychology research has focused on strengths in the workplace and also in education and he is currently researching a strengths-based leadership process for improved wellbeing and performance.
Dan is a founding member of the Centre for Positive Psychology at Buckinghamshire New University (BNU), and is an Associate Lecturer on the MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and MSc in Mental Health and Wellbeing in Education.
Matthew is an academic psychologist with over 20 years’ experience teaching and researching in the areas of applied social psychology and positive psychology, and he has acted as advisor and consultant on a wide range of media projects.
Matthew is a Senior Lecturer and founding member of the Centre for Positive Psychology at Buckinghamshire New University (BNU), having co-developed and co-course leading the successful MSc Applied Positive Psychology.
