This is the second and final workshop of The Adaptive Leadership in Action Short Course, delivered by Harlaxton College in partnership with South Kesteven District Council and funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
The workshop is available to residents and social economy organisations based in South Kesteven, or social economy organisations based outside the district and operating in the district for the benefit of the community of South Kesteven District.
Dive deep into strategies to enhance teamwork and collaboration within your organisation. Learn how to tackle common team challenges and boost social impact and organisational sustainability. This in-person event offers a unique opportunity to network with like-minded professionals and gain valuable insights from other social economy leaders while developing your leadership capability.
