Building Inclusive Workplaces- Funded Social Model Training Session for GEW

As part of Greater Manchester’s Good Employment Week, join us for an insightful session with Manchester Disability Collaborative (MDC) and Equal Edge . This collaboration is offering funded places on engaging and practical training sessions designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) build more inclusive, accessible, and disability-confident workplaces.

This interactive session explores the Social Model of Disability, neurodiversity inclusion, and practical steps organisations can take to create fairer recruitment, retention, and workplace cultures that value everyone’s contribution.

Generously funded by the Big Lottery Community Fund and Manchester City Council, these funded sessions delivered by Equal Edge and Manchester Disability Collaborative's Employment workstream are part of the drive towards inclusive workplaces in Manchester.
