Join Manchester Disability Collaborative (MDC) and Equal Edge for an engaging and practical training session designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) build more inclusive, accessible, and disability-confident workplaces.

This interactive session explores the Social Model of Disability, neurodiversity inclusion, and practical steps organisations can take to create fairer recruitment, retention, and workplace cultures that value everyone’s contribution.

The session will be co-facilitated by Equal Edge inclusion trainers alongside lived-experience experts from MDC’s Employment Workstream and Disabled People’s Sounding Board.
