Building Maintenance Essentials- Maintenance Week 2025

Building Maintenance Essentials- Maintenance Week 2025

Overview

Traditional building maintenance essentials with building professionals and a local contractor. Find out how to care for your building

Come and spend a Saturday morning finding out about caring for your traditional building, whether that be an individual granite home, a flat in a granite tenement, a community hall or even a Place of Worship.

Who is this event for?

This event is suitable for house or flat owners, property managers including those in charge of tenements, community/public buildings and places of worship of traditional construction.

There has never been a more important time to ensure that traditionally constructed property is working as it should. Well maintained buildings function more thermally efficiently and provide a foundation for considering what else can be done to improve thermal performance. It can, however, be challenging to know how to take maintenance and repair projects forward.

Plenty of time will be provided for questions during the course of the morning so bring your queries.
