Description
This is an essential day "Building Mental Fitness" for those who work in Education facilitated by Wendy Chalmers Mill and Susan McAvoy both of whom have extensive experience in the field of mental fitness and resilience.
A day of interactive and fun learning for teachers and educational professionals to improve self awareness, understand your stressors/triggers, build resilience while becoming more mindful.

Having attended the day we would hope that your coping skills, self awareness and ongoing ability to thrive day to day will be greatly enhanced

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Not far from Dundee City centre and railway station. There are a limited number of parking spaces on the street with a small carpark two minutes away on Magdalen Yard.
