Tania Martin is a Neurodiversity Consultant, Trainer, and Founder of PegSquared, with extensive experience in corporate neurodiversity advocacy. She led EY’s UK Neuro-Diverse Centre of Excellence to award-winning success, driving inclusive hiring and cultural transformation. Following her own ADHD diagnosis in 2022, she has deepened her mission to help organisations build truly inclusive workplaces through her consultancy, workshops, and thought leadership.
