Across Scotland, community organisations are taking action to make their projects and spaces more inclusive

Across Scotland, community organisations are taking action to make their projects and spaces more inclusive — but neuroinclusion is often the missing piece. This interactive online workshop, led by Andy Williamson of Welcome Brain Consulting, will help community leaders and volunteers understand what neuroinclusion really means in practice.

Together, we’ll explore how to recognise and reduce barriers for neurodivergent people, raise awareness within your teams, and design spaces and activities that enable everyone to participate with confidence. Drawing on real examples and practical tools, the session will provide clear, achievable steps you can take to make your community initiatives truly welcoming for all.

In partnership with FEL Scotland as part of our Climate Leadership Programme

This event also contributes to our Climate Leadership Programme, which invites participants to attend three themed sessions:

  • Practical Skills
  • Leadership Skills
  • Place-Based Learning & Inspiration

Take part in one session from each theme to earn your Climate Leadership Certificate and an invitation to join our 2025 Climate Leader networking events.
