As well as the 6 x 90 min group workshops, all participants will receive an individual 60 min coaching & debrief session to make sure they can put everything into practice & stay accountable.

About the Trainer

Rebecca Maxwell is the Principal Consultant with Perception Insights, a business strategy & leadership development practice with clients in the US & UK.

With 25 years in operational, strategic & C-Suite leadership positions, Rebecca has spent her life managing, developing & leading teams & organizations to find focus, set priorities, design strategies & make decisions. Her skill is building capacity within teams for analysis, insight & forward planning. She works with clients as diverse as attorneys, finance professionals, technology businesses & food manufacturers to create their own playbooks for success – translating vision into action with route maps showing a clear way forward yet with the flexibility to adapt to the reality of an ever-changing external environment.

Rebecca has a life-long fascination with what makes people tick & how we form & build relationships at work. Drawing on this and her own experience of building a network from scratch when she moved to NYC, Rebecca has coached countless entrepreneurs & business professionals to get maximum value from the networks they already have as well as building them up as they get started.
