Following recent SHAP events on Housing, Health and Wellbeing and exploring prevention of mould and condensation with asset managers, this event will look at some of the big debates and opportunities for building resilience

  1. Preventing overheating of new and existing homes - timberframe v high thermal mass and ventilation

  2. Managing water demand, supply and local flooding

  3. Supporting community leadership
