About Change Talks
The Change Talks journey began in 2017, when Sam, then a staff nurse, witnessed the impact of mental health struggles first-hand. This experience fuelled his passion to make a meaningful difference.
Sam was motivated by a desire to prevent mental health issues and improve the lives of children, Change Talks was founded to provide meaningful experiences to both children and adults.
Change Talks are a service that offers socially responsible health education training to children, parents and businesses. They are socially responsible because the profits we receive from business workshops are pushed back into funding vital school education for 4-21 year olds.
Children are at the heart of everything we do, and we know how important it is, now more than ever, to educate children on health and mental health.
