About this event
Challenges, upsets, conflicts and difficulties can either create opportunities for learning and growth or crush us and make us stressed. Those of us who learn from challenges have probably got higher resilience, and those who tend to struggle are likely to have lower resilience. Fortunately, resilience is a skill that can be developed through intentional practice and mindset shifts; by adopting a growth mindset, seeking support from others and learning to challenge yourself, you can improve your ability to cope with adversity.
This building resilience course will provide you with practical strategies, helping you navigate life's challenges more effectively and in turn, support others in your organisation who might be struggling to build their own resilience.
