Easing the Pressure, Building Resilience: A Meditative, Experiential Approach
This is the second cycle of a free four week course, run by Jane Kay from the Language Centre, focusing on three central areas to give students the tools to empower themselves.

Session One: Introduction and overview
Session Two: Self Esteem - Self-esteem is one of nature's greatest mental healers - this session will discuss the dangers of self denigration and how to start reversing negative thinking patterns.
Session Three: Time Management - This is about the feeling of being in control of time, rather than being the slave of time. Time Management clarifies the choices that we have and provides tools for lightening the load.
Session Four: Relaxation - Relaxing the whole body is of instant benefit and it is healthy to consider our thoughts as 'internal muscles' that can and should have the space to relax.
