Peter is a highly effective Management Development specialist and Executive Coach with nearly 30 years experience in both front Line Management and HR roles. He demonstrates intellect combined with motivation and interpersonal skills developed through leading and managing large teams. Peter’s expertise covers 4 Key areas: Performance Management, Interpersonal Skills Training, Management Development and One-to-One Executive Coaching including building resilience for employees and managers and improving organisational wellbeing.
The session is structured as an interactive and practical focused workshop equipping attendees with the relevant knowledge and guidance on building resilience in their workplace and improving wellbeing. The session will cover:
1. What is the difference between: Pressure, Stress and Resilience?
2. How Resilient am I?
3. The four key factors to Resilience.
4. How can I build my Resilience?
5. How will being Resilient affect my Wellbeing?

If you are unable to attend an event please give at least 1 working day notice and we will be happy to refund 100% of your booking fee or book you on to a subsequent event to the same value. Cancellations received after this time will be non transferable and non refundable.
