Delivered by the UHD Psychological Support and Counselling Service, this session will help you to:
- Understand the impact of stress and the difference between resilience and coping
- Identify practical strategies to manage and develop your resilience that will help you bounce back from challenges
- Reflect on your own resilience and start to develop a personalised resilience plan
- Connect with others and share experiences in a supportive, confidential space
