Through our partnership with IFW, this is your chance to hear from Charlie Goodman who will demonstrate how you can help your employees understand their relationship with money, and how this impacts their overall happiness. With time for questions too.
IFW are a member-led organisation formed of volunteers from the financial services community. They consider financial wellbeing as the study of our relationship with money and how it can be used to increase our sense of fulfilment.
Many members of the IFW have been delivering financial education in the workplace for years, and they recognise the fantastic opportunity within this environment to teach the foundations of financial wellbeing to a wide and diverse audience outside the normal scope of advisers and coaches.
Charlie will talk about why you should set out a clear strategy, why it’s important to think about the mindset and motivations of your employees, and where you can focus for quick wins.
