Building the Heart Tribe
Sun 28 May 2017, 09:00 – 18:00 BST
You are entering new territory in your work, relationships, spirituality and personal practices. Stepping into the unknown and navigating these unchartered waters can feel daunting, fearful and full of resistance.
You know you are not alone on your path if discovery. You are not the only Shambala Warrior who is determined to live a good, wholesome and fulfilling life.
Cultivating your tribe, our tribe, is of paramount importance if we are to continue on our journeys of growth, impact and worldly success.
Join Ruth King and Chris Hardy along with a bunch of fellow friends, coaches, musicians and space holders on the 28th May in Bristol for a tribe building, vibe creating, heart opening day.
Our intentions for the day are:
to create a space for open hearted sharing and connecting
to build a tribe and community around a few core ideas and values
to offer coaching style questioning and facilitated conversation
to explore the masculine and feminine archetypes
to share our excitement about some upcoming events and opportunities
Things that we will definitely do:
sit in a circle and listen to each other
yoga and meditation (briefly, this is not the main focus of the day)
be in deep, focused and challenging conversation
learn and sing some songs together
voice opening techniques and warmups
pray and give thanks for all that we’re grateful for
write in our journals (please bring one)
learn some guitar technique (for those interested please bring your guitar)
A few tangible takeaways:
everyone who attends is invited to a free followup one to one coaching conversation
song sheet and access to online recordings
Mini Sessions / Tiny Rituals zine or booklet
one page packed with journalling ideas and questions
Although we have a bunch of ideas as to how this day will work out we’re treating the space and the group as blank canvas. We’ll be open and sensitive to see what wants to emerge on the day and we very much invite your co-creation and participation.
