Cllr James Lewis, Deputy Leader and Executive Member for Resources and Strategy at Leeds City Council. He has been a Leeds City Councillor for Kippax and Methley ward since 2003. As well as being the Executive Member responsible for Smart Cities and the digital economy, James also chairs the Leeds Digital Board and is leading the Council's work to establish Leeds as the digital capital of the North.
