This experiential online masterclass is designed for team coaches, leaders, and HR professionals who want to stretch their thinking and deepen their practice. Together, we’ll explore three powerful themes shaping the future of teams:

• Reinventing team leadership

• Reimagining systemic collaboration

• Exploring true radical inclusion in teams

We’ll also hold space for a Thought Leadership Circle - a chance to step back, share perspectives, and explore what else is emerging for teams and those who support them.

Your hosts are Lucy Widdowson and Paul J Barbour - team coaches, tutors at Henley Business School, and co-authors of Building Top-Performing Teams.

By the end of the day, we hope you will have:

Reinvented your view of team leadership We’ll explore how to think differently about leadership development to create systemic impact. We will discuss how leaders can use a team coaching philosophy to consider who they are as a leader and how to lead their teams in a truly transformational way.

Reimagined systemic collaboration We’ll dive into the practicalities, opportunities, and challenges of moving beyond individual teams - exploring instant teaming, “Team of Teams,” and systemic collaboration approaches that invite everyone to think differently about organisational culture.

Explored true radical inclusion in teams You’ll gain a deeper understanding of radical inclusion - including neuro inclusion - and what this means for teams and organisations. We’ll introduce a new framework from our 2nd Edition, The Known and Voiced Diversity Matrix, and show how it can be used with teams. You’ll also hear personal reflections from the authors and guest speakers on neurodiversity, disability, and mental health - and consider what this means for you.
