We're bringing together UX leaders from two different organisations, HM Passport Office and Tesco Bank, to talk about their experience of building UX teams: including making the company more people-focused, persuading decision makers, building up design standards and hiring talented people. We hope managers and students will learn about how UX works in a large company setting.
