These days all businesses need a credible online presence. However, hiring a professional to build your website can be costly and inconvenient, especially if your site needs frequent updates. So why not build and maintain it yourself?
With WordPress, it’s much easier than you think!
WordPress is a free, open-source CMS (content management system) that anyone can use to build a professional-quality website.
Over 25% of websites are created using WordPress, including those of big brands like Sony, Ebay and The New York Times. Once you have mastered the basics, your own business site can join them.Outcomes

- Learn about templates, plugins and other WordPress tools
- Practice constructing a basic WordPress site
- Learn how to keep your website safe from hackers
- Put together an action plan that you can implement straight away
