Building world class communications capability across a virtual team
Event Information
About this event
As we approach a second New Year with continuing uncertainty caused by the pandemic, many businesses have realised the value and impact their internal communications function can offer. Arguably the need for building communications capability has never been more important, but how can global organisations develop the skills of communicators to ensure a consistent and world class experience in our increasingly virtual world?
Hear from Susan Quain, Associate Director, Global Digital Channels at Fidelity International and Chris Crofts, Associate Director at HarknessKennett, who will share their case study of how they developed a new global internal communications framework, tools, and templates – whilst also creating a common language and stories to build deeper connections across borders at Fidelity International.
In light of current restrictions, we’re planning for this event to be online. If we’re able to move to a hybrid format and offer some in-person places we’ll be in touch!
Numbers will be limited to allow interaction and sharing of best practice amongst attendees.
(In house practitioners and registered contractors only please. No agencies.)
If you’re unable to secure a ticket and would like to add your name to the reserve list, please contact Tanya.McClelland@harknesskennett.com
