For the majority of us, word-of-mouth recommendations are the perfect way to bring in new business. As our speaker James Nathan says: “Almost every business I speak to tells me that personal referrals are the number one way to get new business....”
However, very few businesses have a strategy and processes in place to encourage and grow their incoming referrals.
This session introduces you to The Referral Revolution Model that will help you to cultivate more business by actively managing referral generation, improving recommendation rates and making your business easy for your contacts to refer on.
It will show you some of the tools and techniques you’ll need to build vastly greater rates of incoming referrals, as well as an understanding of the psychology behind referrals and the importance of developing nurturing relationships.
It will give you practical help in sending out the right messages, ones that make your own business easily referable and that will work.
Our speaker James Nathan is not at all what you might expect from someone who started life in Audit and Corporate Recovery.
After qualifying as an accountant, James worked his way up the recruitment consultancy career ladder to Regional Manager with Michael Page Legal and founded a headhunting business specialising in the legal sector. He’s been running his own businesses in business development & sales training, recruitment training and executive coaching for over 16 years.
James specialisesin helping people in Professional Services businesses - including Lawyers, Accountants, Recruiters, HR and Marketing Consultants - gain the confidence, skills and mindset to build bigger and more profitable businesses.
He brings a fresh and contemporary perspective to BtoB development, delivered in an engaging, insightful and highly practical way. His message is both commercial and accessible.
