Summary:
This session is designed to equip participants with the key behaviours, mindsets, and strategies needed to accelerate career growth, enhance professional influence, and achieve long-term success.
Aim/Objectives:
Examine various habits for growth, and ways of building better behaviours.
Outcome:
By the end of the workshop, participants will:
Identify the core behaviors that drive career success (e.g., proactive communication, presence, strategic thinking and continuous development).
Develop self-awareness of strengths and areas for growth through assessments/feedback.
Be curious about what was not covered
Create a personal action plan for career advancement.
Prework: Consider setting your career goals if you haven’t already and be prepared to share and work through it during the course.

Biography
After working as an oncology specialist nurse for many years, Jennifer pursued a master’s degree in Health and Ethnicity from King’s College London and a certificate in Coaching from the University of Cambridge. Her educational background which includes, Quality, service improvement and redesign (QSIR) -ACT Academy -2019, a Diploma in Coaching, UK Coaching Partnership (2010-2011), National Breaking Through Leadership Programme, NHS Academy (2004), Certificate in Health service management –Institute of Health Service Management (1997), provides a strong foundation in understanding the complex interplay within health services, enriching her approach to training and coaching in healthcare.
Jennifer's holistic style addresses both personal and professional growth with tailored strategies to meet the unique needs of everyone, focusing on actionable steps that lead to tangible results. Her approach is designed to address specific challenges, enhance skills, and foster professional growth in a supportive space.
Jennifer has held leadership roles within the NHS with exemplary communication and presentation skills. As a Management Consultant, she provided transformational leading, facilitation, action learning, team coaching, mentoring, project management, and quality improvement. Her training and support are backed by years of professional experience, which she draws on to provide the best support.
