Building your Confidence: Introducing The Confidence Dynamic™ framework
📅 Wednesday 28th January 2026
🕧 12:30–1:30pm UK Time

When we talk about our level of confidence as women working in STEM careers, we often describe it in terms of a deficit: something that we have to gain, build or improve upon, especially when going for a promotion, pitching for a project that we would love to win, or having difficult conversations with clients. What if we looked at confidence differently?

In this interactive one-hour session, you will gain an understanding of:

  • how a lack of confidence is simply a temporary disconnect from your personal power
  • the wider impact that this can have on our careers
  • what occurs when you encounter a challenge with confidence and what you can do to overcome it
