Description

Building Your Emotional Resilience

Have you ever been so angry with a person that you lose all sense of reason? Or been so broken-hearted that you feel that you will never recover from it? Emotions are at the root of every action, interaction and decision you make. On this workshop you will understand the source of your emotions and learn techniques to increase your emotional resilience. This will give you the ability to easily deal with whatever life has to throw at you, like water off a duck's back. If you would like to move beyond your emotions why not attend our workshop? It will change your life.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You lack confidence and self-esteem in certain areas of your life
  • You shy away from things because you feel you are not good enough
  • You feel overwhelmed or undervalued at work or home
  • You are scared to stand up for yourself or say what you feel
  • You have difficulty getting over romantic or other relationships
  • You had a past emotional hurt that is still affecting you.

Building Your Emotional Resilience is a 2 day workshop where you clear any emotional barriers that stops you from moving forward. You will learn how to balance your emotions, understand and clear the deeper reason for these emotions and how to maintain this new found freedom. You will be guided through a combination of teaching, question based introspective work and meditation. All our workshops are a balance of both the practical and spiritual, bringing the best practices of both worlds to guide you.

On this workshop you will learn:

  • What your emotional personality is and what it means for you
  • How to calm yourself in times of emotional intensity
  • That all emotions have a single source and how to deal with that source
  • How to build your confidence and self esteem
  • Tools and techniques to continually build your emotional resilience
  • How to think your way to emotional freedom.

You will walk away with:

A full understanding of how to deal with any unwanted emotions in a gentle and powerful way. This means you continually strengthen your emotional resilience so that anything that comes your way is like water off a duck’s back. This is ultimate emotional freedom.
