Employee Wellbeing “Creating an environment to promote a state of contentment which allows an employee to flourish and achieve their full potential for the benefit of themselves and their organisation” (CIPD, 2016)
But how do we do this in practice?
In this interactive ‘espresso’ session on employee wellbeing we will explore the broader context around wellbeing and why it matters to employers and employees alike. We will define the variety of dimensions in a holistic wellbeing strategy and consider how it translates to your business. You will take away clear ideas of your employee wellbeing goals and why they are important. We will also clarify best methods for benchmarking and evaluation as well as making your strategy practical and sustainable so it becomes part of the cultural DNA.
To bring the strategy to life we will focus on a vital aspect of any employee wellbeing strategy; mental wellbeing. Together we will discuss the foundations of personal resilience and create our ‘top tips’ to enable us to thrive in today’s demanding fast-paced world.
