Building your Ensemble and Devising your play through play!
For teachers of Drama at keystage 3 upwards
A short course looking at how to devise in the classroom. By bringing rehearsal room pedagogy of professional theatre into your classrooms. We will explore games around story boarding, character creation and plot development, scenes/scenarios and status, the exploration of themes and text analysis, within the language of ensemble building and company ethos. This can all be explored in easy, accessible, transferable and fun filled games, tasks and improvisation techniques that are not only class room friendly but can be adapted to any ‘social distancing measures’ that are in requirement. These two sessions are aimed at keystage 3 drama and expressive arts teachers.
10 a 17 March 2021 3.30pm - 5.30pm
The sessions follow on from each other so teachers need to attend both.

Adeiladu eich ensemble, a dyfeisio eich drama, drwy chwarae! ar gyfer athrawon Drama Cyfnod Allweddol 3 ac uwch. Cwrs byr sy'n edrych ar sut i ddyfeisio yn y dosbarth, drwy ddod ag addysgeg ystafell ymarfer theatr broffesiynol i'ch dosbarth. Byddwn ni'n archwilio gemau'n ymwneud â byrddau stori, creu cymeriadau a datblygu plot, golygfeydd/sefyllfaoedd a statws, archwilio themâu a dadansoddi testun, oll mewn perthynas ag adeiladu ensemble ac ethos cwmni. Mae modd archwilio hyn i gyd drwy gemau, tasgau a thechnegau byrfyfyr hawdd, hygyrch, trosglwyddadwy a llawn hwyl, sydd nid yn unig yn addas i'r ystafell ddosbarth, ond y gellir eu haddasu i unrhyw fesur 'cadw pellter cymdeithasol' sydd ar waith. Mae'r ddwy sesiwn yma ar gyfer athrawon Drama a'r Celfyddydau Mynegiannol Cyfnod Allweddol 3.

Expressive Arts Professional Learning Programme Spring 2021
The Central South consortium is working with the A2Connect project to deliver an exciting and varied programme of Professional Learning for teachers led by practising artists and creative practitioners. These are designed to inspire teachers at all levels; to nurture confidence, skills, and to support the development of new approaches to teaching expressive arts in line with the Curriculum for Wales framework.

Rhaglen Dysgu Proffesiynol y Celfyddydau Mynegiannol Gwanwyn 2021
Mae Consortiwm Canolbarth y De yn gweithio gyda phrosiect A2:Clymu i ddarparu rhaglen Dysgu Proffesiynol gyffrous ac amrywiol i athrawon, dan arweiniad artistiaid ac ymarferwyr creadigol. Mae'r rhain wedi'u dylunio i ysbrydoli athrawon ar bob lefel, i feithrin hyder a sgiliau, ac i gefnogi'r gwaith o ddatblygu ymagweddau newydd tuag at addysgu'r celfyddydau mynegiannol, yn unol â'r fframwaith ar gyfer y Cwricwlwm Newydd i Gymru.
