Melanie is an International Speaker and is the Founder/Owner of Speaking Styles, an organisation passionate about helping individuals find their voice, sharpen their speaking skills and share their message, story and ideas to Empower Inspire Change. Dec McLaughlin

Dec McLaughlin is a Medicinal Chemistry graduate, specialising in habit-based coaching for entrepreneurs. He founded Dec McLaughlin Nutrition out of a passion for helping others to adopt a simple, scientific and sustainable approach to healthy eating, adjusting to fit their unique lifestyle.

He also works in Business Development for Edinburgh tech startup BackHug as well as Chapter Director for Startup Grind Edinburgh. In both of these roles, he has developed a liking for presenting, interviewing top business individuals and organising a wide range of offline and online events. Through this, he was cemented himself as a well known member of the local community.

Dec has grown his communication skills effectively through his wide-ranging experiences from Sports Union Vice President to TEDx University of Edinburgh Marketing Director and Wellbeing Mentor for the True Athlete Project.
