Event description
This interactive session explores the challenges of building an aligned Senior Leadership Team and People Plan to drive business growth.

About this Event

Maintaining ‘business as usual’ whilst opening in new markets or new locations, perhaps whilst also satisfying investors and navigating the current circumstances is not easy. A bigger team means more complexity, so how can you avoid getting bogged down in people issues to concentrate on the business?

In this session we will look at:

• Who are the right people to drive your business forward?

• How do we get the right people onto the leadership team?

• Building a People Plan that delivers the Business Plan

• Understanding and avoiding common growing pains

• How do we get the leadership team aligned to drive the business forward?

• Planning, measuring and accountability: how do we stay focused and deliver?

About the Speaker

Ally Maughan started People Puzzles in 2010 because early in her career she recognised that people problems were often the biggest, single factor holding a company back from growth. Nine years later, and with her hand-picked team of over 50 experienced People Directors, Ally has personally worked with more than 100 SME and mid-tier companies and is now leading a national scale-up business herself.

Results oriented, Ally delivers her own blend of business insight with direct, practical advice firmly based on commercial realities and outcomes. Her specialist knowledge includes people management, organisational structure and change management for efficient use of people and resources.
