Mas Manima (Translate Culture)

One of the sharpest minds in Data and Digital Marketing, Mas has over 10 years of marketing experience working for companies such as Nissan & British Medical Journal under his belt.

In what he calls his 'spare time' Mas co-founded two entertainment platforms: Mixtape Madness & Brothers With No Game TV, where he used data to help inner city artists and actors break into the music and TV industry.

He now runs Translate Culture, a data and marketing company helping ambitious businesses find and retain customers by creating data and culturally informed marketing campaigns.

David McQueen (Legacy71)

Ibrahim digital entrepreneur and co-founder of GUAP, which has grown from the world’s first video magazine to becoming a multi platform youth media brand, covering all aspects of creativity and culture. GUAP produces content (both in print & online), events and has a youth co-creation agency.

In the last few years, he has become an award-winning entrepreneur, speaker and investor. Some achievements include being honoured as a “Digital Pioneer” by The Mayor Of London for his work in entrepreneurship in digital media and also named as 1 of the top 100 most influential BAME leaders in the UK Tech Sector published in the Financial Times.

Ibrahim has gone from strength to strength, becoming a go-to source and voice for youth, leading him to work with & be profiled by major brands including Nike, Adidas, The Evening Standard, NME, BBC 1xtra, ICA & more.

Sarah Aluko (FirstBorn)

Sarah Aluko is a Nigerian-BritishAuthor and Poet. In 2017, she released her debut anthology, Firstborn, on International Women’sDay. Since then Sarah has beencommissioned to write fortechnology giants - Microsoft and Nasty Women, the global artmovement that campaigns to endviolence against women. Sarah hassince been long listed for the Outspoken Poetry Prize for two years in a row and listed in the Top 40 African Creative Class of 2018 by Nasty Boy, as featured in Okay Africa, Marie Claire, Dazed and Hunger Magazine. Most recently Sarah was a speaker at TED x Tottenham this April, sharing her journey on becoming an Author.
