Due diligence, feasibility studies, site selection. Site purchase negotiations, partnership negotiation, high density hyperscale expert, advanced cooling expert, running Projects Delivery across the business, including business development, Currently serving as a (Director) Projects Delivery Director at Geneire HQ in Bahrain, I operate at C-suite level, overseeing end-to-end business operations, including Finance, HR, Engineering Design, Project Management, and Strategic Development. I bring deep expertise in Data Center strategy, technical design, and feasibility, with a strong track record in conducting feasibility studies for hyperscale developments, infrastructure site assessments, power and latency profiling, and cost modeling for Tier III and IV facilities. My experience spans the full lifecycle—from concept through commissioning (C2C)—and includes Giga-scale data centers, hyperscaler facilities, and specialized colocation hubs.
