About this event
Construction isn't just for those in hard hats. The industry is shaped by the professionals who strengthen client experience, craft winning bids, drive marketing strategies, build brand reputation and enable business growth from behind the scenes.
Join us over lunchtime for networking, fresh perspectives and maybe even a few ideas to take back to the office.
Hosts
Alice Morris, Brand Manager at DB3 Group
Acting as Brand Manager at DB3, Alice's day to day is never the same. One day she might be planning marketing activity for key industry events like MIPIM or UKREiiF, the next she’s building relationships with local universities, shaping internal comms strategies, or producing branded content that brings DB3's services to life.
Jen Foulds, Bid and Proposals Coordinator at DB3 Group
With over nine years of industry experience under her belt, Jen specialises in coordinating bids and proposals. She works closely with DB3's internal experts, and multi-disciplinary partners to pull together high quality submissions across a variety of sectors and client types. She’s not shy of a technical term or two and certainly knows her onions when it comes to the construction industry.
Jen Spencer, Head of Client Experience at DB3 Group
For Jen, great client experiences start with listening, understanding and finding ways to add value. From defining DB3’s client experience strategy to supporting individual accounts, Jen cares about the client journey, finding creative ways to solve challenges and build lasting relationships. Before her role with DB3, Jen worked across the fine art and interior sectors, always on the client side as a Gallery and Showroom Manager, and Head of Showrooms. Jen's work has been largely recognised, with her gaining recognition at the Insider North East Property Awards and Downtown in Business City of Manchester Business Awards.
