BuiltForHer: Women in Sport – Performance, Health & Nutrition Series
Join us for an empowering 3-part event series designed to close the gender data gap in sport. BuiltForHer brings together leading experts in sports science, nutrition, and physiology to give women the tools they need to train, fuel, and recover smarter.
Each evening includes a 5K social run through London, followed by an intimate expert talk and Q&A in Soho’s boutique Warm Up Studio, with refreshments and samples provided by Puresport.

Discover how fuelling affects performance, recovery, and nutrition—and how to adapt your training to work with you, not against it.
Thursday 16th October – Anita Bean
Topic:Fuelling for Strength & Endurance
Sports nutritionist and author Anita Bean shares evidence-based fuelling strategies for everyday athletes and runners, from the gym to race day. And learn to spot the warning signs in REDs.
