This practical workshop will demonstrate sport specific warm-ups, ensuring you perform at your best and setting you up for fitness forever, not just for January.

Whether it’s a new year’s resolution to get fitter, or you’re looking to ramp up your performance in 2018, it can be tempting to hit the ground running without thinking about how best to prepare your body for a workout.

This practical workshop will look at why we warm up, how we should prepare our bodies for exercise, dependent on the activity, and dispel the myths behind bad warm-up routines. This will be a small group giving attendees clear focus from our expert Strength and Conditioning Coach and ensuring you get the most out of your work-out.
