Participants will recognise and identify the negative social, physical and mental health effects of child and adolescent bullying and the long term damage into adulthood.
This training explores how far-reaching and damaging the effects of bullying can be, from childhood to adult live, people who suffer bullying are more likely to have long term mental health issues, low aspirations problems finding work and a lack of social skills.
This one day training is fully interactive using exercises and tools to engage the learner.
Learners will be able to:
Create dialogue to talk about bullying
Define 'bully victims' and 'pure bullies'
Explain how the effects of bullying can last a lifetime and affect wellbeing
Identify common bullying issues
