This session is hosted by the Faculty's HR Business Partner Lisa Davidson and Employee Relations Manager Carol Read who will cover the support available and the steps to follow when someone witnesses or experiences bullying, harassment or discrimination. Lisa and Carol will explain the confidential support available to anyone who wishes to - or is unsure whether to - share their experience and will also cover how Report + Support works in practice and 'what happens next' once an incident is reported.
