Join us for a free Well-being Event at Lesnes Abbey Wood, bringing together pollinator conservation, mindfulness, poetry, and hands-on planting.🗓 Date & Time: Friday 10th October, 12:30 pm – 5:00 pm

The meeting point is a 12-minute walk from Abbey Wood Station. Toilets and cafés are nearby, including Abbey Café at the Lodge.👣 What to Expect:
- Talk with the Bumblebee Conservation Trust (BBCT): Learn about pollinators, their importance, and how we can support them
- Meditation, Poetry and Music with Sundra & Anjan: A chance to pause, reflect, and connect with nature through mindfulness and words
- Tea break: Please bring your own lunch or buy food/drinks locally
- Planting session: Planting for bumblebees, nature and people. Get some ideas about planting for your garden and how to make it flower through the year
🌿 Suitability:
No prior knowledge or experience required – this event is ideal for anyone interested in nature, community, and well-being.✨ What to Bring:
- Outdoor clothing suitable for the weather
- Sturdy footwear (some uneven ground)
- Water/snacks and your lunch
- (Optional) Notebook, pen, or any tools you’d like to use – all essential equipment will be provided
