Taught by Thando Zwane, a highly sought‑after birthkeeper with over 12 years of experience working with all the hospitals and midwifery teams in London. She translates medical data into clear, digestible information and her calmness and confidence are contagious.
This in‑person course takes place at Pause Pilates Studio in Leyton. There’s bike parking and free street parking available and we’re just a 5‑minute walk from Leyton Midland Road station. It’s about 22 minutes by bus from Whipps Cross Hospital and 30 minutes by bus from Homerton Hospital. Online and private courses are available on request.
