A Royal College of Midwives accredited hypnobirthing practitioner, qualified by the gold standard of hypnobirthing, KGH, and member of The Hypnobirthing Association, Emma has developed the Brain, Body, Birth concept that can enable a calm and efficient birth. Emma will be sharing her extensive knowledge so make sure you feel relaxed, prepared and excited for your upcoming birth-day!
Jess
A local yoga and breathwork facilitator and the co-founder of Firelight the wellness and feel good events company at Lopemede Farm. Jess will be guiding you through a relaxing prenatal flow, teahcing you poses that you can do at home and will help during child birth.
Greg
Greg is not invited to the actual event as he will be busy in the kitchen cooking up a delicious, nourishing brunch for us :) He is the the other co-founder of Firelight and is a magician when it comes to healthy, wholefood and scrummy food.
