THIS IS AN ONLINE LIVE ONLINE CLASS - You will be able to complete this session fro the workout of your own home.

Tone and burn with this 40 minutes workout, that targets your bums, your legs and your tums! Use both weights (or a big waterbottle/heavy book) and your own bodyweight. Trim down!

Will I need any equipment?

- An exercise matt/blanket/carpet. This is so that you have something soft to lie on for the floor exercises

- If you have any small weights (dumbells/ medicine balls etc) you can use those, otherwise you can get creative and use a big water bottle or a heavy book. You can also use none of these and complete the session only with your own bodyweight

Ticket sales will end 1 hour before the start of each session. You will be sent a link to join the Livestream on the day of the event and a reminder before the event.
