About Producer Lab:

Producer Lab is a five-part workshop series designed to demystify the producing process for early-career creatives, self-producing artists, indie companies and emerging producers. Each session is led by Blown Fuse Theatre’s Executive Producer, Roxanne Carney, and rooted in honest, experience-based learning. The series breaks down the producing process into accessible, hands-on workshops that build your skills, confidence and network.

Sessions are interactive and informal, with space for questions, reflection, and peer connection. Topics include team building, stakeholder partnerships, budgeting, touring, and self-promotion.

Come to one workshop or attend the whole series. These sessions are designed to support the creative work you’re already doing, and help you build what comes next.

ABOUT THE HOST
Roxanne is an events and theatre producer born and bred in Essex. She makes work that creates discussions around social injustices. Roxanne likes making work around ‘the Essex stereotype’, feminism and our environment. Her professional narrative is filled with supporting and nurturing queer and disabled artists whose stories are captivating and urgent. She is drawn to supporting and making art that reflects on history and inspires change. As a producer, Roxanne champions work that is political & autobiographical - this can take on many forms as well. She really enjoys nurturing artists and making collaborations happen. She creates accessible and safe spaces for participants, audiences and artists.
