All members must adhere to the following rules.
1) Groups of up to six can now train at BARC. Please do not exceed this number as this is inline with current government COVID 19 social distancing laws.
Bookings are for field/ track only and can only be made by fully paid up members of BBDRC or those that have expressed their intention to renew once furlough etc has finished.
2) Please bring hand sanitiser/wipes with you and clean hands before entering BARC via the pedestrian gate and again when you leave. Remember we have CCTV!
3) Do not touch the bike racks, telegraph poles etc. The long jump pit is not to be used and is strictly out of bounds.
4) There will be no vehicle access to car park or access to BARC loos. Please “go” before you leave home and park considerately elsewhere. The canopy area is also out of bounds.
5)Please take all belongings and rubbish home with you. Anything left behind , including very expensive running kit, will be disposed of immediately.
6) Bring any medication (inhalers etc) you may need during your session. There will be no access to BBDRC first aid kits. (The Defibrillator remains available to all via 999)
7) Please ensure you close all gates behind you on the latch (rather than just pulling to) otherwise John Wharton is dreaming up all manner of dire punishments to transgressorsgates (remember that CCTV!) and finish your session in a timely manner so as not to overlap into the next booked session.
Members are reminded that use of BARC is entirely at your own risk.
If any person in the booking is feeling unwell then please do not use BARC.
