Join us for an intimate evening that brings together craft beer, culinary innovation and progressive Indian cooking in a way London has never experienced before.
For one evening only, Michelin-recognised Chef Manpreet Singh Ahuja has created a menu of canapés and bowl food where Bunta Beer is reimagined as an active ingredient in every dish – from the welcome drink to the final bite.
With over 30 years of experience, Chef Manpreet has curated and executed events at prestigious venues including The Savoy, Kew Gardens and 10 Downing Street. He blends classical technique with regional Indian authenticity and modern creative flair.
Hosted at Aspen & Meursault, London’s destination for natural wine and sustainable dining, the evening will also feature a salon-style conversation between Sunny Hodge (founder of Aspen & Meursault and Diogenes the Dog) and Gunikka Ahuja (founder of Bunta Beer). Expect an inspiring exchange about craftsmanship, flavour and sustainability, plus the opportunity to have Sunny’s book The Cynic’s Guide to Wine signed in person.
