Join Gracie Disgrace for an intro to Burlesque and Tease!

Gracie will first take you through a warmup, then into a movement section exploring different burlesque styles. She will then teach you a strong and sensual routine, incorporating a coat strip tease!

To bring to the workshop: Water, an outfit you feel comfortable and can move in and a coat, jacket or dressing gown. Heels are optional.

About the Facilitator:

Gracie Disgrace is a high energy neo meets classic performer, combining comedy elements with seductive striptease. She is a professionally trained contemporary dancer and fitness goddess.
