Following the successful launch of the Burn Bright Workshop Series, we would like to open the doors to those of you who would like to learn more about how to Burn Bright (not out!).
WHY - coming on these workshops will help you to spot the signs of overwhelm and potential burn out before it is too late; and equip you with tools and techniques to help you stay on the path to Burning Bright.
WHAT - three workshops to be attended in order as follows:
Workshop 1: Raise Awareness - take stock of where you are now and where you want to be.
Workshop 2: Choices - explore what you could do differently.
Workshop 3: Make Changes - decide what new habits you will bed in going forwards.
WHAT ELSE - food & refreshments at each workshop; access to the Burn Bright Facebook Group; weekly content and resources in between workshops; and 20% discount on 1-2-1 coaching sessions.
WHEN - all the workshops are on a Wednesday evening from 6pm to 7:30pm on the following dates:
18 July;
19 September;
17 October.
