Burning Soles 5K Run Club: Copenhagen December

Copenhagen, end the year with us on a festive finish!

Join us for our final 5K of the year on December 13th - this time with a holiday twist. Whether you’re sporting Christmas accessories or going all-in with red and green, we’re ready to show Santa what real Christmas spirit looks like! And if you’ve been good, a free juice + protein snack waits at the finish.

❗️The run starts at 10AM on the dot, so please make sure to leave plenty of time for last minute outfit changes, bag drop offs and untied shoelaces.

By taking part in this event, you acknowledge and confirm that as at the date of the event:

1. You take part in the event at your own risk and that Joe & The Juice A/S or any of its group companies or affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, death or damage resulting from you taking part.

2. You are aware of the obstacles and hazards involved with running through a city environment and running in general.

3. You do not suffer from any medical conditions which may impact or increase your risk of injury or harm from taking part in this event.

4. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically fit to take part in the event and that you will not take part in the event against medical advice.

5. If you are pregnant, you will consult with your doctor before taking part in this event.

6. You are at least 18 years old.

7. You do not know of any other reasons why you should not take part in this event.

8. During the event, photos and videos may be taken, where you may be captured participating in the event, for use by Joe & The Juice A/S and any affiliates, sponsors and third-party vendors.

9. You agree that any photos or videos taken during the event can be used by the Joe & The Juice A/S any affiliates, sponsors and third party vendors without prior notice or compensation, including on social media platforms and promotional materials.

10. Joe & The Juice A/S has the full right to sell and/or profit from the commercial use of any photos and videos taken during the event.

11. You will not engage in any offensive or inappropriate behaviour during the event including but not limited to intimidation, verbal abuse, physical violence, sexual/physical/verbal harassment and disrespectful behaviour.

12. Joe & The Juice and any of its event organisers reserve the right to stop you participating in the event at any point at their sole discretion if in the opinion of the event organisers you engage in any offensive or inappropriate behaviour.

13. Joe & The Juice will not be responsible for any losses suffered caused by cancellation of the event for any reason.

14. Joe & The Juice will not be responsible for damage, loss or theft of any personal belongings left at its premises or otherwise during, before or after the event.

15.That in respect of any photos or videos, you assign to Joe & the Juice A/S and its affiliates, all rights, title and interests (or waive in perpetuity, as applicable), including without limitation all copyright, moral rights and performers' rights that you may have arising under the Danish Consolidated Act on Copyright 2014 and the EU Copyright Directive (as enacted in member states), all as amended from time to time, or similar rights arising under the laws of any jurisdiction to the extent permitted by the applicable law, and accordingly, Joe & the Juice is the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest in all copyrights, trademark rights, and any and all other intellectual property rights, worldwide, in the images/videos and the individual components thereof and you shall take no action to challenge or object to the validity of such rights or Joe & the Juice’s ownership or registration thereof.Joe & the Juice A/S acts as the data controller for all photos and videos taken. You agree that Joe & the Juice A/S and all its affiliates may share any photos and videos of you with third party service providers such as our data storage processors and providers or publishers and within the Joe & the Juice affiliates, who will only process the data under the direct instructions of Joe & the Juice. These data processors may store and use the data outside of the EEA, such as in the United States of America under the EU recognised standard contractual clauses.You understand that you may request Joe & the Juice to delete any photos or videos taken of you at any time by emailing care@joejuice.com, however, subject to certain IP rights outlined above, the request may be denied for the performance of a contract or to protect Joe & the Juice’s legitimate business interests.
