Whether you're doing your first ever 5K or are a regular runner - Burning Soles is for everyone who loves movement, mindful headspace and meeting like-minded Joe fans for a fun and healthy Saturday morning! This is not a race and all levels of running are welcome!

We will be welcoming you to our fresh Southbank store with discounted coffees and taste of our juices, merch available and DJ providing the heated atmosphere we all need to ease ourselves into the rest of the weekend! We can't wait to have you there!

What time does the run start & what time should I be there?

Please arrive when the check-in opens at 8.30 AM and before the run starts at 9 AM on the dot. Make sure to leave plenty of time for last minute outfit changes, bag drop offs and untied shoelaces
